jack-o-lanterns
This is the first year that we've bought pumpkins at halloween. We don't really do anything for halloween. For the past two years we worked at the Fall Festival thing at FBC Coushatta, and that was always fun, especially the penny throw for the little kiddos! Well, this year I begged Mike to buy two pumpkins so that we could carve them and make jack-o-lanterns. We had never done this together and I thought we should at least do it once. So, Mike came home from Wal-Mart the other day, after buying a new tire for his car, with two big 'ol pumpkins! We got out the knives and printed patterns for us to use. They turned out great!!! We had the best time, as you can tell from the pictures...

Very cute jack-o-lanterns! We've got a pumpkin to carve this year too...I'm excited!
So Ragan and I carved our jack-o-lantern Saturday. I just realized that we have the exact same face that Mike has! It's on my myspace profile.
